ShellOrchestra is provided by Develastic, s. r. o., Tallerova 2/4, 811 02 Bratislava - mestská časť Staré Mesto, Slovakia. This policy explains how we handle information on the public website and in the hosted Pro cabinet.
The website may process technical request logs, security events, account identity returned by Google or GitHub sign-in, subscription status, billing references, support messages, and ShellOrchestra Pro registration tokens. Self-hosted ShellOrchestra deployments remain under the operator's control unless they intentionally connect to hosted services.
We use this information to operate the website, authenticate Pro cabinet users, manage subscriptions, issue registration tokens, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and satisfy legal/accounting obligations.
The Pro cabinet is designed for Google or GitHub OAuth sign-in and subscription management through a payment provider. Cloudflare may process traffic for DNS, TLS, caching, and security. We will list additional production processors as they are enabled.
Account and subscription records are retained while the account is active and as required for legal, accounting, security, and anti-abuse reasons. Registration-token audit records may be retained to protect paid licensing.
